My name is Alex and I am a student of Cognitive and Decision Sciences at UCL. Before that, I finished my Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at the University of Munich. I wrote my Bachelor's thesis on Probabilistic Conditionals, supervised by Hannes Leitgeb.

My current broad research interests include the following questions:

Most of my general interests lie in the areas of psychology, philosophy, mathematics, technology, literature, theatre, music and outdoor activities, and in their intersections. (All of their intersections. If you'd like to discuss Bayesian causal models on top of a mountain or write a song about information privacy, drop me an email!) I write sometimes, too, but mostly in German.
